Rabbi Richard Winer is the rabbi of Temple Beth Israel in Fresno, California. A native of northern California, Rabbi Winer came to TBI in 2011. He now resides in Fresno with his wife Rabbi Laura Novak Winer. They have two sons, Saul and Max.
