Rabbi Richard Winer is the rabbi of Congregation Beth Emek in Pleasanton, California. A native of the East Bay, Rabbi Winer came to Beth Emek in 1995. He now resides in Livermore with his wife Rabbi Laura Novak Winer and their two sons, Saul and Max.
